Family History Docent Training March 12

There are still a couple spots left in our next Family History Docent Training, set for March 12 from 9am until noon starting in the Archives Conference Room.  Docents receive special training and extra information about our genealogical resources in exchange for volunteering at least thirty hours of time over a three-month period, helping family history researchers and working on genealogy projects in the Archives. Currently four Docents are fully certified and assisting in our work.   If interested, contact the Archives by March 8 at 336-722-1742 or by email at moravianarchives@mcsp.org  Docents are traveling on a field trip to Rockingham County on March 15 to learn more about possible Moravian connections there.
