Gravestone Cleaning Workshop on April 13

On Saturday, April 13, the Archives hosts a Gravestone Cleaning Workshop from 4:00-6:00 pm, co-sponsored by the New Winston Museum and the Town of Bethania.  Gather outside of the Archie K. Davis Center at 457 S. Church (next to Salem’s God’s Acre behind Cedarhyrst) as Michele Williams, PhD, Visitor Services Manager for the Town of Bethania, demonstrates state-of-the-art gravestone cleaning techniques using Biological D-2 Solution, being adopted this year by Salem Congregation for use in our graveyards.
