The Book Fund is the source of monies for the creation of Archives publications and the purchase of new materials for our collections, especially the acquisition of new library secondary source materials. It is also where proceeds from sales of any our merchandise are kept. The Wachovia Historical Society recently pledged $5000 over a five-year period to the Book Fund to defray the publication costs of the book series Records of the Moravians Among the Cherokees.
