Book Fund – Collection Maintenance

The Book Fund was originally used as a source of monies for the creation of Archives publications and the purchase of new materials for the collection, especially the acquisition of new library secondary source materials. With approval of the Commission, this money has been redirected to activities that support the maintenance of collections the Archives already holds. This includes a new large format scanner, new book carts to facilitate moving material safely throughout the building, and a subscription to a professional cataloging service.
