Image Reproduction Services

We are a private facility and are supported only by the Moravian Church and the donations of individual supporters of the Archives. Our modest user fees are a necessary part of our budget.

Photocopy Charges for On-Site Customers
25 cents – per printed page photocopy of scanned items in Reading Room computers (memoirs, etc.)

Setup Fee for all image reproduction orders:
$10 processing fee per staff order for in-house reproductions
$20 processing fee per staff order for out-of-house reproduction work.

Digital Image Reproduction Charges (per item):
Free – by customer, in reading room on-site, with digital or smartphone camera for personal use only
$2.50 per scan (150 dpi) – on-site, for originals 8.5” x 14” or less
$5.00 per camera quality image (300-1200 dpi) – on-site, for originals 8” x 14” or less
$10 minimum per image –for oversize or special attention items done to customer specs off-site – pass through to customer of variable charges for handling and imaging each item

Visiting Us

Parking is in the northwest corner of the lot at the western end of SR 4326 (Rams Drive) off Salem Avenue. The same street serves as entry to the Elbertson Fine Arts Center at Salem College.  We are currently closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Once we re-open our hours will be Mondays-Thursdays (excepting holidays), 9:30am – noon, 1;30-4:30pm (appointments required). We will be closed to the public on Fridays for records accession work.  We invite you to contact us to plan your visit.
